Good Evening Members of Jones Tabernacle Lay:

Bless you members of Jones Tabernacle Lay! Please, continue to pick up the phone, text and email members of the Lay to keep one another engaged in the life of ministry at Jones Tabernacle.  These are some challenging times, however, transformational in our use of God’s technology to keep ministry moving in the life of its people.  We are God’s instrument of worship and praise!Hopefully, some of you joined the NJ Annual Conference, specifically the Lay Worship Services at 2:15pm today.  President Cheryl Hammond Hopewell challenged us in her subject: “Are We There Yet?”  We need to pray, study God’s Word and Worship God in all that we do and experience and wait on Him!We will not be meeting on tomorrow. We are rescheduling for Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 9:30am.  Please govern yourselves accordingly.  I want all of us to promote and support our Sunday morning service which is our 90th church anniversary celebration at 9:45am.  Let us call the prayer-line and tune in by way of Facebook Live.  Our 11th appointed pastor, Rev. Dr. Stanley Hearst, II will be our guest preacher.  Let us pray for our Zion and its ministry reach!  As always, I welcome you to share the Lay Message of the week as an extension of our evangelistic efforts of encouragement to others.  Anyone interested in developing a “Lay Message of the Week,” please let me know.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
